Protekt Automatic Snap Hook
Snap hook AZ028 is provided with fall indicator. When arresting a fall the indicator becomes destroyed, thus the user is noticed to withdraw the device from use immediately. The fall indicator becomes deformed with forces above 2.5kN.It is made from aluminium and anodized in colour other than snap hook body to make it clearly visible.Once the indicator becomes deformed, extra clearance appears between the swivel and the body, and if the clearance exceeds 2mm the device may have been overloaded.
