Raumer Stainless Steel Rainox Bolt Ø12x30 M8 Μη Αυτοδιάτρητο
This anchor has the same size than the classic self-biting version SPIT M8, but it is entirely made of stainless steel and cannot be self-biting.
For placing it: by means of a drill or a manual spear-point bit (art.105 or a similar one) fitted on the article STROKER (or equivalent tool), make a hole of 12 mm in diameter and 30 mm in depth. Once the hole is made introduce the RAINOX M8 bolt equipped with Striker (art. 131) and with strong hammer hits fix it in place definitely.
NOTE: the expansion force is guaranteed although the bottom of the hole isn't flat but tapered. Warning ! The hole must be clean and free from dust and grit before placement !
Advantages: this anchor is corrosion resistant, extremely strong, quick to use, offers a good combination of reliability and safety, low impact on environment; it is cheaper than the self-biting version.
The striker is made for repeated use.
